I am Mallory LeighAnn Haynes I am currently a junior at Auburn University majoring in Elementary Education. I am from a small town called Jacksonville, Alabama. I attended elementatry and high school in the Jacksonville City School system. After graduation I attended Gadsden State Community College where I gained an Associates degree. I planned on coming to Auburn in high school after completing my two years at the community college. My love of children and helping them learn is why I decided on my major. My projected graduation date is May 2018. After graduation I plan on finding employment in a public school system to gain classroom experience and further investigate my specific interest within the teaching profession.

My Teaching Philosophy
I believe that all students have the right to learn in a safe and nurturing environment. I believe that all types of learners can succeed in my classroom with the appropriate tools and resources I am able to provide for them. I believe that learning can be fun and collaborative when necessary. I believe that students can learn a lot from other students within the classroom. I believe that students will learn best from a teacher who ensures love and encouragement to all students no matter their ethnic or cultural background. I believe that technology can improve student's learning and encourage a child to learn.
